Fort Wainwright (5 mins) Lots of restaurants (5-10 mins) Grocery, Starbucks, Costco, Walmart, ATM, etc. (5-10mins) Fairbanks Airport (15 mins). Quiet and cozy, fully furnished, washer/dryer, and high speed internet! Our house is smoke free, drug free, pet free, with handicap access ramp.

We built the Rocky Top AirBnB as an Aurora-viewing, winter-loving house: its walls are a foot thick, with radiant floors heated by an environmentally-friendly vegetable-oil boiler. At night, watch the Aurora from bed or the large north-facing windows. The large couch is a comfortable place to watch the low winter sun traverse the mountains to the south during the day.
