Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Fairfield County

John and Crystal were super hosts. They communicated thoroughly and responded quickly, were flexible, and above all made us feel right at home. The location is close to everything and very quiet. The accommodations were extremely comfortable, and even though there wasn't a full kitchen, the items they provided were more than enough for our stay. The off street parking was optimal and when it did snow during our visit someone was there first thing to shovel. We appreciated the flexibility of the hosts and extended our stay. John and Crystal made our travels super easy and stress free that I know we will request to stay again! Thank you!!

The Perch is perfect for a cozy getaway. Really feels like a home away from home. You can easily spend your days just enjoying the perch and all it has to offer, as well as go out and explore all the great surrounding areas! Walking around downtown New Milford and lounging by the lake were big highlights of our stay. We never had a dull moment! Casey is such a great host, always communicative and helpful. Her guides have everything you need to know and even have great recommendations for things in the nearby areas. We loved our stay!

One of the BEST Airbnbs I've had the pleasure to stay at! 🏠🧡 I booked it last minute & Pamela was so sweet, very responsive and accomodating. The home looks exactly like the pics: beautifully decorated, comfy, VERY clean and with all of the essentials needed to have a perfect stay.
