One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The apartment is located in the sun-drenched Palatinate, in the middle of the village, which is embedded in the original natural landscape. A fascinating view of the Dolomites welcomes you and becomes the backdrop for unforgettable holidays. The village of Pfalzen, located on the Pustertaler Sonnenstraße, was already known in Roman times for its sunny location. It is an ideal starting point for the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and South Tyrol's flagship ski resort, the Kronplatz.

The holiday apartment "Ansitz Baumannhof Apt Gothic" is located in a historic building in Pfalzen, offering views of the Dolomites. The residence enjoys a quiet setting on a sunny mid-mountain terrace. The 81 m² apartment features a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a guest WC, accommodating up to 6 people. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workspace for home office, and a dishwasher.

The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. You live on the entire first floor, your landlord lives on the second floor. The house is in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, every 30 minutes there is a bus connection to Bruneck. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

ADAM Suites I Suite A.2

Welcome to our green oasis above Vahrn. Here you are surrounded by vineyards and forests. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

Romantic Castle View

The apartment is located in the mittle of the centre of Brunico, a pretty small town between the Alps and the Dolomites. From the terrace you have a wonderful view to the castle, over the roofs of the town and to the big mountains of the Alps. The apartment is very silence, there's a lot of sun all over the year and you can reach everything easily on foot. It is perfect for singles, couples and also for small familys. Garage available!

Palais Rienz - City Apartment (54 m²)

The modern flat is only a few steps away from the heart of the old town. Bars, grocery shops, pharmacy, boutiques and tourist attractions, are all in the immediate vicinity. The train and bus station are only a few minutes' walk away. Direct connection to the skiing and hiking paradise Kronplatz. In winter, a private ski depot with boot and glove dryer is available. Ideal for holidays, both with family and friends.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.

The Apartment 22 is located in the center of Pfalzen, three kilometers from Bruneck, in a quiet location and offers spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is ideal for couples, families and business travelers. In addition to a bedroom, it includes a separate bathroom, an open-plan living and dining area and a panoramic terrace.

Holiday with a view

This cosy apartment is ideal for up to 5 people, even for longer stays. You can park your car in the underground car park. The south-facing balcony gives you a great view on the Dolomites and the Kronplatz, just 10 km from the apartment. Bruneck, the main city of the Valley, is located about 5 km from Pfalzen (pullman every 30 min).

Relax in this quiet space in a central location. Flat located on the 2nd floor of a historic house dating from 1425, 80 meters from Piazza Città.
