With my family we will be happy to welcome you to the house where we lived and raised our children, so we have equipped it with every comfort,from a fantastic kitchen equipped with everything including a fireplace, the living room with a sofa smartTV netflix dysney WIFI in addition to the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms there are 5 panoramic balconies and a large garden with barbecue. La villa di 200mq su due livelli è circondata da un ampio parco con piscina di acqua salata condivisa con un'altra unità. Al piano terra ampio salone con camino, cucina full optional con terrazza , una camera matrimoniale con bagno. Al 1° piano quattro camere e tre bagni . La villa è ben collegata con il centro storico di Roma. Con la macchina è facile raggiungere la stazione ferroviaria di "Montebello" ogni 30 min. partono treni per Roma centro. A soli 15 km dalla Autodromo di Vallelunga.

Perfect for the Jubilee, only 35 minutes from the north of Rome, an Italian villa with a blissful energy. It offers many spots to be in nature, the private beach, the pool, the secret garden, the marble table, the viewpoint patio, the terrace. Very nice in wintertime with its country surroundings, it will inspire you to relax and create. The view is stunning inside the house. Please note the Wi-Fi is slow, hotspot works and by law is requested a tourist tax of one euro a day per person.

The farmhouse, independent and with an area of 150 square meters with a garden of about 5000 square meters, is immersed in the green hills of Sabina. The location is quiet and panoramic, and ideal for reaching the medieval villages of Lazio and Umbria. There are two outdoor barbecues and two fireplaces inside the house.
