Skipper House

Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The skipper house was built in 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in spring 2021. In collaboration with the local paint company, we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering the living room, kitchen and aisle with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood, etc. Skipperhuset has a natural place on the farm and is walled in with the brewery house that has renovated the baking oven.

Cosy holiday home central in Farsund

We are renting out our holiday home. With a view of Lundevågen, walking distance to the city centre and with a bathing place with bathhouse, diving tower and public sauna just below, this is a nice starting point for delicious holidays. The house is from 1949, but has been modernized periodically. We recently renovated the kitchen, and have just done a big job in the garden. The main floor has living room, kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. In the loft there is a large double room and a loft living room with two beds.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. Built in 2018, the house is of high standard. On the ground floor there is a corridor, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a large terrace with plenty of living space, different seating groups, jacuzzi and fireplaces, and nice views!

Cozy farm house on the country side.

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

Lovely little cabin in forests. Solar panel (can run empty) gas and outhouse Full kitchen, dining table and sofa. Water must be collected in a well. Wood included. There is a rowboat used over the water. Or path in forests. At the cabin we put drinking water in 5 liter cans, coffee and tea. (Water in well as well) We have upgraded with the opportunity of charging mobile in usb contact hanging in kitchen hook. Access to travel crib for the smallest children. Mainly a summer cottage.

Velkommen til Vika. Dette er et gammelt koselig hus med en nydelig sjøutsikt . Det har den mest fantastiske utsikten utover Spinds fjorden som ligger midt i den flotte skjærgården utefor Farsund. Her er det mange sjarmerende øyer som er tilrettelagt for båtliv. Området er perfekt for fiske, bading i fjorden, turer og avslapning. Gjesten må selv vaske og rydde huset før utsjekk. Sengetøy kan leies til 150 kroner pr. sett. Mulighelt for å leie båt.

Cabin with stunning views

Charming cottage with a striking views of Framvaren fjord. Large south exposed private terrace and garden and private jetty where you can swim, fish and enjoy yourself. Great hiking areas directly from the cabin. Only only 7 km from Farsund and Vanse where one can buy groceries. Only 15 minutes drive to the wonderful Lista beaches. The cabin is on a hill, with no road all the way up and is unfortunately not suitable for wheelchair users.
