Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and high ceilings bring nature close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found about 2 minutes walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, you can go straight out into a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

You will have access to the entire main floor. The main floor, 2nd floor, contains a living room, kitchen, hallway, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a small toilet. The house is very cozy and overlooks the beautiful village of Rasvåg and the sea. There is a very rich outdoor area with several terraces and gardens as well as fruit trees behind the house.

In The Longhouse at Lista in Farsund the cows and the swallows are you closest neighbours. From the large panoramic windows you will get a unique view of the North Sea and Norway's largest concentration of bird species. Living in this architectural gem is an experience. The traditional Longhouse has found new form and function in an impressive modern architecture which makes this place a unique retreat nature loving families, and groups. Right outside there is a sauna with a magic view.

Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, a luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views is scheduled for completion by spring/summer 2026. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

Velkommen til vår sjarmerende og hyggelige sjøhytte – perfekt for ferie med familie eller venner! Hytta ligger direkte ved sjøen og har flott utsikt og nærhet til naturen. Den har 2 små soverom og stor hems med lav takhøyde. Totalt er det 8 sengeplasser. Hytta har fullt utstyrt kjøkken, bad med dusj, koselig stue og solrike uteplasser med griller. Båtutleie i nærheten, kan fortøyes ved bryggen. Vi vurderer alle forespørsler manuelt – fortell gjerne litt om hvem dere er.

På baksiden av hytta finnes flere fine turer i skogen, på en bronsealder røys på fjelltoppen Lofjell og Hervoll mølle. Det er kort vei til Nordeberg fort og til de annerkjente vakre Lista strendene og Lista fyr

Great and idyllic, architect-designed boat house that was completed in 2018. New furniture, beds and equipment. Exciting loft for kids and unique master bedroom with views to both the sea and boat rooms. With mattresses on the floor of the loft, there is room for 10 people in total in the boathouse. New and safe boat, Øien 620F (40hp) can be rented for NOK 800 per day.

Large spacious log house from the early 1900s in the sea gap with 180 degrees sea view from all rooms. Wild and beautiful. Kitchen and living room in one, and large dining room with room for 12 around the table. Lots of board games and toys available. Apple trees in the garden, and amazing hiking opportunities just outside the door.
