Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Charming, restructured chalet in the Dolomites

If you are looking for a sunny, romantic place in which you can enjoy some peaceful and quiet moments at the footsteps of the Dolomites (1100mt s/m) our portion of this old farmhouse (150m2) is what you are looking for. It has been property of our family for over 200 years and has recently been renovated by local artisans utilising antique furniture and wood from the area. The chalet is easily reachable and offers all modern conveniences. It can be enjoyed in summer as well as in winter.

Stay in an old, idyllic mountain farm, in absolute seclusion. With a view of the Texel Group, 700 m above the valley basin of the city of Merano, you immerse yourself in a small paradise, secluded and far from everyday life. Only the bells of the sheep, the crowing of the rooster and the gentle sounds of the wind chime complement the song of nature. The farm is managed agriculturally and gastronomically. Meine Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe des Dorfzentrums, welches in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Die Panoramabahn auf die Seiser Alm in 10 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Das Auto kann im hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen bleiben. Zudem befindet sich der idyllische Völser Weiher und das historisch bedeutsame Schloss Prösels in meiner Nähe. Du wirst meine Unterkunft wegen der freundlichen Atmosphäre, der liebevoll renovierten Wohnung und wegen unseres gepflegten Gartens lieben.
