We are located 15 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and 12 miles north of Tacoma. Located only 10 miles south of Seatac Airport, 20 miles south of Seattle, and only 10 miles north of Tacoma. We are close to the Aquatic Training Center, many shops and restaurants and 20 miles from White River Amphitheater. A retreat for a couples weekend get-away, traveling business professionals or a vacation family that needs a private space to relax.

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Find your landing place in a botanical boutique nestled on a quiet neighborhood street centrally located near one of Seattle's most sought-after neighborhoods: Ballard. Surrounded by old growth Cedars - a peaceful oasis without the bustling sounds of the city! Stocked with the necessary amenities for relaxing getaways to business trips, including a full kitchen and coffee/tea bar. The Roost is a completely separate unit (no shared walls) located in the backyard of our 1906 farmhouse.
