Hello, you will share the apartment with me and other guests (the room has keys to close and there is a mini fridge). Here is a family and quiet house!💛 We are 20 min drive from the airport and 40 min by public transport. 20 min bus from downtown Lisbon and about 10 min drive. We are 13 min walking from the Centro de Congressos Lisboa/RioTejo. Here is a very traditional neighborhood with cafes, markets, restaurants. Lx Factory is a 16-minute walk away and Belém is about 30 minutes walking.

In the center of Costa da Caparica and 7 minutes walk to the beach, we have this lovely tiny house to make you feel at home, just 20 minutes from the vibrant Lisbon. This amazing new tiny house has a terrace in the front and a lovely private patio in the back, a comfortable double bed, a nice table that you can use for dinners or as workspace, enough storage space and an equipped kitchen. Tiny Casa has airconditioning! Did we mention it is 7 min walk to some amazing surf spots? ;)

Cosy City House

Um apartamento muito confortável e bem localizado. A 10 min de carro de Lisboa e a 10 min da praia da Costa da Caparica. Se pretende visitar monumentos, locais históricos ou simplesmente disfrutar do sol da praia e relaxar, você encontrou o espaço perfeito! A 20 min do Aeroporto. Basta sair a porta e encontra supermercados, cafés, mercado biológico, restaurantes e parque de estacionamento. Venha divertir-se com a sua família ou amigos. Tudo farei para que tenha uma ótima estadia!

Excellent location and comfy!Bedroom Norte

Quarto bastante confortável para duas pessoas e boa localização. Transportes a dois minutos de distancia assim como comercio. Fácil acesso ao centro da cidade assim como ao aeroporto. Comfy double bedroom well located. Public transportation close by and easy access to the city center and airport. House directions, when you find rua Pedro alvares cabral it's the last building on the left. It used to be number 80 and now is number 9, once you at the door push the 2 D button.

With all the amenities for a confortable stay this quiet independent part of appartment is ideal for a couple or a single person. Its located near the Gulbenkian museum, Praça de Espanha and Sete Rios area. With wiews to the green belt of Lisbon its served with good public transports, bus in front of the building and metro at less than 10 min walk. There is parking areas around and restaurants.
