Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Our accommodation is located among animals with panoramic views of the wallabies and deer park. A visit to the parks is possible

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the creek of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and music instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). House by the creek in a green setting completely remodeled with natural materials. It consists of a large living space with a log stove, grouping a living room, dining room and office area, all open to an equipped kitchen. You will also find a bedroom with 1 bed 2 people and a mezzanine with 2 beds 1 person. A sofa can be folded out to provide another bed for 2 people. The toilet is dry and separated from the bathroom.

Cozy loft in the city

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

Studio Cours

Take a break in the countryside, we are 20 minutes from the Poitevin marsh 1 hour from Poitiers and La Rochelle 1 hour 15 minutes from Futuroscope and 1 hour 30 minutes from Puy du Fou.
