It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

In the lively neighborhood there are many cafes, restaurants, special shops and a wide range of culture. A 140 cm wide bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room are available. The Starnberger See is just 500 meters away, as well as restaurants and shopping opportunities. Munich can be reached in 30 minutes by direct train or via the highway, just like the mountains. Stylishly and modernly furnished, the chalet accommodates up to 6 guests. A large garden with a terrace is also available for use.

We offer a completely renovated apartment with bathroom (bathtub). The new sofa bed sleeps up to two people if needed. The balcony overlooking the beautiful garden offers a quiet atmosphere. Unterföhring is very close to the city of Munich (20 minutes by S-Bahn to Marienplatz) and the airport (17 minutes by S-Bahn). With two lakes and lots of nature, Unterföhring also offers many opportunities for a break. A kitchen is not provided.
