Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Fernandina Beach

Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

We had a wonderful Easter stay with our family! Home is beautiful and great for a large family. The large fenced in yard and hot tub was an added benefit and felt very private. This is the 4th (and favorite) house we’ve rented in Jax and you can’t beat the privacy and amount of parking. Parking has always been an issue when renting other places! Kelicia gave us great recommendations for food and was very accommodating. I highly recommend getting a golf cart the location is perfect and close to everything!

The house is really nice. Spacious, modern, high-spec amenities and very comfortable. The main living area is huge and really good to cook, eat and relax. We only had four of us staying but more would be easy. The beach is really nice and you definitely don't need a car. Just a couple of minutes walk from the house (if that!). Beaches are great sand and very friendly and the back yard of the house is great with swing chairs, fire pit, hot tub etc. Seth is very responsive and helpful and we would recommend a stay to anyone.

Kyles home was exactly as described and conveniently located. It was the perfect size for our group, it was nice to have a pool and hot tub to use after long days at the players. Will definitely be back!

Mark was very responsive, and welcoming. We loved the pool and hot tub! We also really enjoyed the pool table, and the spacious house. Highly recommend!

It was a great place to stay, very bright and cheerful! The hot tub was awesome, big enough and perfect temperature. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the shower in the main bedroom was awesome and very beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need and spotless. Dining room table was big and a wonderful place to sit down and eat. Living room has the sunroom attracted to it and beautiful as well. Quiet neighborhood and very safe. You would not be sorry staying here and I would definitely come back! Lovely time at a lovely place - thank you for sharing your place.

Could not have any better! Denise was amazing, so responsive and helpful. Her home was clean, beautiful and perfect location. 10 out of 10 vacation, my family would be so lucky if we could visit again!

Loved our stay. Very peaceful and comfortable. Best sleep I have had in awhile. Had appointments at Mayo. Very close! Great location. Had everything we needed for our stay. Will definitely stay again!
