Holiday rentals with a kayak in Fernandina Beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was lovely! The backyard and pool were both wonderful! Loved the quiet peaceful backyard! The kitchen and grill were fabulous! Our host Tracy was super friendly and informative about beaches… shopping.. etc!

The Marshside Getaway was a wonderful little spot tucked into an older neighborhood surrounded in old growth Live oaks, pines, and cypresses coated in Spanish moss. The marsh view from the private backyard was full of abundant wildlife of all types. Easy to find and easy to access all parts of Jacksonville and surrounding area. The Hanna park was very large and well kept with tons of wildlife. I would recommend this to anyone and re-book in the future. Our kids asked at one point if we could live there! :)

Host was quick to respond. Place was very nice and clean. Lots of amenities. I would definitely recommend this place to a family with kids. Lots of activities on the property to do. Easy driving distance to Fernandina Beach and shopping in the Jacksonville area. Not far from Jacksonville airport.

This was the perfect place for my wife and I to relax, recharge, and rekindle our romance. Paul and Kelly are incredible hosts and they have created an amazing space for couples to unwind and enjoy time with one another. The grounds provide plenty of privacy and the view of the river is beautiful and serene. This was the first time we have stayed in an RV and we found it cozy and very comfortable. The bed is large and comfy and there is plenty of space for cooking and relaxing. We enjoyed interacting with our hosts and they always made sure that we had everything we needed. We look forward to returning again very soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5th floor private condo. The views were wonderful, space was comfortable and appreciated ability to make some easy meals. Driving around on the golf cart exploring the grounds was the highlight for our 4 year old (along with the many hours spent playing on the beach) make sure to check out the many parks and walking paths - also don’t forget Fro yo at Mellow Yellow. The beach was easy to quickly access and appreciated the chairs, sun shade, cooler and beach toys. The beach had the softest sand, so many shells to find and beautiful sunrises. Outside of Omni - downtown Amelia Island was super cute - our favorite restaurant was Mezcal. Jacksonville Zoo is a must - check out Billy Jacks on the way back, delicious BBQ.

This place is an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, well-appointed, and peaceful the property was. Every little detail was thought of — they had everything we could possibly need and more. The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, and it showed in every interaction and thoughtful touch throughout the home. Waking up to the beautiful waterfront views each morning felt like a true escape. If you’re looking for a sanctuary to relax, recharge, and soak in the beauty of nature, look no further. We can’t wait to come back!

Dani was by far informative, reachable, and friendly when it came to responding and providing between us. The place was by far relaxing and tranquil, we honestly did not know places like this were in Florida. Overall, I would highly recommend Dani and this beautiful home everyday that ends in "y". Thank you!!!

We always stay here when coming to Kingsland. We love our stays here and will continue to come back. We love being able to fish right the front door, the place is always spotless and has everything we need!! Aubry is a terrific host!
