Enjoy the sounds and sights of nature when you stay in this unique place. Our small house is our place of respite as we develop our farm. It is full of many luxuries and a well appointed kitchen to allow for a very comfortable stay. There are views of our farm and the surrounding area from every window and the window above the bed is perfect for stargazing at night from the comfort of your bed. We have many animals on including water buffalo, goats, pigs, and chickens so always something to see.

There are other houses around that can be seen . The road can be busy at certain times of day. The house used to be a one room school house in early 1900's.

Cook your gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen—(we provide welcome mini loaf, organic coffee, half and half, sugar, rolled oats, olive oil, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.) Great location just 1/2 mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway at MP 152. Surrounded by open fields, mountain vistas abound. This home has been lived in and gently loved for many years. There is one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs. An extra cot is available. Fully equipped kitchen! Great for families and a long stay. Guests are invited to join us when feeding the farm animals (alpacas, llamas, Highland cattle, Jacob sheep and angora goats) each morning. Fun!

Unique tiny house set on a beautiful farm/wildlife conservation area. The house overlooks the hay fields and 2 acre stocked pond. Property is a nature lover's delight for kayaking, hiking, bird watching, fishing and all the amenities near by. Floyd is 25 miles away, Roanoke is 35 miles and Rocky Mount is 11 miles. Depending on the season, you can watch Canadian geese, blue herons, egrets, numerous species of ducks and other waterfowl frolic in the pond.
