Unique and cozy cottage by the lake

Beautiful newly renovated cottage and large slope plot on the shore of clean Lake Storträsk. The yard is a peaceful and scenic place for a vacation day where neither are the neighbors in sight. From the terrace you can admire the lake scenery or the life of the forest. The sauna is right by the beach, by boat or sub-board, you can go rowing or fishing. You can always swim in the winter. The yard has a gas grill and charcoal grill, as well as a campfire site. Sheets and towels are included.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

In the Glass Gig, you'll experience the natural phenomena of Lapland as if you were part of them, a nightless night of summer, the bustle of winter and the Northern Lights, and the silence on the shores of a wilderness lake. There is a main building in the area where you can find a restaurant with a rights, which serves breakfast and makes dinner on request. The main building also has separate toilets and showers for women and men.

Romantic shelter with a great view

A cozy cottage between pines and the lake just in 2 steps from Saimaa. It is quite small inside (30 square meters) with a big open terrace and a green lawn in front of it. There are a Loft bed for 2 people with a view, a small kitchen, fireplace, sauna on woods inside the cabin. It is great to start your day from early swimming and yoga/breakfast at the terrace listening to birds songs and finish your day with a glass of wine taking pictures of a stunning sunset.

There is no jacuzzi/hot tub or sauna available in this accommodation I am afraid.
