Children will enjoy the large yard with a playhouse, trampoline, swing and yard toys. The villa is located 39 kilometers from Helsinki Airport and 36 kilometers from the center of Helsinki.

Between fishes – our house on the lake in Finland

Our piece of land is located on Kaita Järvi– an about 8 km long and a few hundred meter wide lake – it is a small peninsula that looks to the south. That means: sun from morning to evening (if it shines). There right on the shore you find our log cabin, with sauna, bathroom, living room with open kitchen and two small bedrooms. A few meters next to it is a studio like guesthouse, the "Aita". It is also very cosy and comfortable, but provides no own bathroom. Village Savonranta is 5 km away.

Kaunis vastaremontoitu mökki ja suuri rinnetontti puhtaan Storträsk-järven rannalla. Piha on rauhallinen ja luonnonkaunis paikka lomapäivän viettoon jossa naapuritkaan eivät ole näkö etäisyydellä. Terassilta voit ihailla järvimaisemaa tai metsän elämää. Sauna on aivan rannan tuntumassa, veneellä tai sub-laudalla voit lähteä soutelemaan tai kalastelemaan. Talvisinkin pääsee aina uimaan. Pihalta löytyy mm. kaasugrilli ja hiiligrilli sekä nuotiopaikka. Lakanat ja pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

The cottage is on the lower part of the property by a private beach. You can relax by the fireplace, go to sauna or go swimming into the lake. There is a central heating and an additional fireplace, indoor toilet, shower and sauna. Drinking water from tap. During summer you can relax on hammock or by the outdoor fireplace. Puulämmitteinen perinnesauna, joka on vapaasti vuokraajien käytössä, tarjoaa syvät ja kosteat löylyt.

Koskikara

A lovely cabin on the shore of Kalkkistenkoski. On the terace you can grill, eat, enjoy the evening sun, lounge on the deck chairs or see the local bird populations. The cabin also has a sauna, hot tub and an indoor fireplace. The cabins kitchen has the essentials for cooking and the barbeque and outdoor fireplace can also be used for cooking. The kitchen and sauna have warm water and drinking water will be delivered to the cabin. The cabin has an outdoor composting toilet.
