But the truth is that you only 200 meters from the city center and about 1 km from the uit. Located quiet and peaceful to where traffic and city life will never bother your night's sleep.. Here you can walk to the nearest shopping center, restaurant, cinema, gym, water park or to the famous Northern Lights Cathedral.

Peaceful and scenic area that offers hiking trails, beautiful nature and great opportunities to experience the northern lights. There is a sauna in the house and in addition a large wood-fired sauna on the neighboring property that can be used by appointment without additional charge.
