Welcome to Villa Maria, our fairy tale guest house in a calm location next to the forest and with a vast garden in the village Lauterbourg in Northern Alsace, France. It's just 5 min by foot to the heart of the village with a couple of bakeries, restaurants, a grocery store and small shops, or 10 min to the beach & lake. It's only 2 min by car from Germany, and a perfect location for exploring the Rhine border region Karlsruhe-Strasbourg, or for a rest on the way when travelling across Europe.

Vacation home in the chestnut forest

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 sqm fenced forest property there is a lookout with a distant view of the Rhine valley, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. On this portal, we also offer our new "forest house with a dream view" for rent, also located in Burrweiler am Teufelsberg.

The workshop

Located in a small Alsatian village at an altitude of 350 m, in the heart of the Vosges du Nord Regional Park. Independent accommodation is located in a renovated old farmhouse. It includes a terrace, kitchen, living room with a bed (single bed), bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet), and a bedroom containing (1 double bed and 1 single bed). Wi-Fi access. Beautiful apartment in the heart of the "Eseldorf" Eschbach on the Southern Wine Route. Here you can relax with a good glass of wine, enjoy the impressive scenery or discover one of the many offers of the unique holiday region. The apartment has a cozy living room as well as a separate bedroom and Wi-Fi. A modern kitchen with dining area complements the domicile. The attractive bathtub, a spacious hallway and a sun terrace complete the apartment.

Your vacation in the 45 square meter modern and lovingly furnished apartment. It is located on the first floor and has direct access to the forest. It has a double bedroom. The living room has a sofa that can accommodate up to two people. In the living room, there is a fireplace, TV and a forest view. The kitchen has a fridge, electric stove, sink, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, cooking pots, frying pans, dish towels and dishes.

On the main road of Annweiler, two minutes from the historic market square, is the Künstlerhaus Annweiler. Nestled in the largest forest area of the Palatinate, climbers and cyclists shake hands. The apartment is built for small groups and families from local woods and sustainable materials for sustainable and loving living. The fireplace contributes to well-being in winter. Vacation in nature in the Palatinate

Our cottage is located far away from noise and hustle, in the middle of the Palatinate Forest and directly on the German Wine Road. On the ground floor is a living and dining area with a small well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. The first floor has 2 separate bedrooms for up to 4 people, each with two beds. The house has a terrace with direct access to the garden.

Pfalzfreude Winery in Hainfeld

In the tranquil Hainfeld on the popular German Wine Route is our winery built in 1738. Of course, the house has an authentic winery that invites you to linger outdoors. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.

Here you can switch off and relax in a very cozy atmosphere. Enjoy the Palatinate Forest surrounded by trees, paddocks and our animals on the very spacious grounds. The apartment is located on the first floor with direct entrance from the main road and parking. Opposite is another apartment with 4 beds. I live on the upper floor and am always open to questions.
