Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Florence

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Florenz, Simone war sehr nett und wir konntetn sogar früher einchecken das war seeehr nett und hat uns vieles erleichtert. Simone hat sich auch während dem Aufenthalt nach unserem Befinden erkundigt. Der Parkplatz befindet sich nocht auf dem Grundstück aber es gab viele Möglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe zu parkieren.

Het huis is geweldig, rustig gelegen, op ideale afstand voor het ontdekken van het mooie Toscane, tip : San Gimignano is top!! Chianti route is zalig!! Firenze veel te druk... Angela is super, hartelijk ontvangen, geeft tips voor restaurants in de buurt en altijd bereikbaar, top gastvrouw!!

Lucrezia was responsive and helpful. The house is nice and peaceful, in the contryside. You must have a car to reach it. Overall a good deal if you don't want to stay in the city

Super nice hosts, excellent place, located fairly close to bus and train station, free protected parking space. Excellent value. Fully recommend.

Tuvimos una estadía maravillosa en este alojamiento en la Toscana. El lugar es simplemente de ensueño: rodeado de paisajes espectaculares, tranquilo y con una decoración que combina a la perfección el estilo rústico con el confort. Pasamos unos días hermosos, disfrutando de cada rincón. La anfitriona fue encantadora, siempre atenta y disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos muy bienvenidos. ¡Sin dudas volveríamos y lo recomendamos 100%!

Staying at Flora's was nothing short of magical! We spent a week at Flora's with our kids (3.5 and 6.5) during April and had a lovely time. The unit is comfortable, well kept and cosy. The surroundings are quiet and picturesque. The location makes it easy to travel around northern Tuscany in a rental car, and you can also park at the town nearby (2 mins drive) and take the bus to Florence (which takes about 30 minutes). Flora herself is a kind and attentive host and made us feel so welcome. Our kids loved playing with Goofy the dog and watching the chickens from across the fence. The fresh eggs, olive oil, cookies and sweet wine were a nice and welcoming touch. We feel lucky to have had the opportunity to say at Flora's and would wholeheartedly recommend it!

Хороший дом, просторная спальня на втором этаже, приятный внутренний дворик, в котором можно позавтракать или поужинать, если нет дождя. Вторая двуспальная кровать все же больше подходит для одного человека, но есть диван, где два человека легко уместятся, но слышимость улицы уже будет высокая, с утра могут разбудить люди или шум транспорта. В остальном дом хороший и достаточно комфортный, на автобусе легко можно доехать до центра за минут 15-20, и неплохой супермаркет в 10 минутах ходьбы. Спасибо хозяину, что был на связи :)

Easy to get into the apartment. Security is very good. Very nice interior with good quality furnishings. There’s a “library “ of materials on Florence including a Rick Steves’ travel guide. This was a real bonus! Lorenzo was friendly, easy to work with and proactive with information. Appreciated the washing machine and dryer which were handy. Kitchen had all the basics as well as a bowl of portable snacks. Right on the bus line. Overall an excellent place to stay.

This is the best airbnb! The space is perfect, the location is great, and the views from the terrace are breathtaking. We loved getting to meet the host upon arrival. She gave amazing recommendations. I could not recommend this place enough!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

Luca's place is just as described. It's in the heart of Florence and easy to get to everything from there, but still has some privacy. Currently the sandwich shops on the street are extremely popular, so lots of lines and activity there (probably thanks to social media!) but we were always out and about during the day so no worries at all. The view from the upstairs bedroom is outstanding. A private view of the Duomo that can not be beat, especially at nice. The place is clean and there are the basics there for cooking, etc. (although we ended up never cooking, but the coffee pots were very welcomed!). I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Easy to get to everything from there and if we need Luca he was responsive both before and after the trip. The place is spacious and we had room to spread out.

Endroit très agréable pour des vacances. Vue magnifique sur les champs d’oliviers. Une très bonne bouteille de vin du vignoble de Linda nous a été offerte à l’arrivée. Je recommande

This airbnb was nothing short of special. We had the most amazing stay in a beautiful location. The airbnb was clean and the communication was excellent. We highly suggest staying here!

Alessandro and Nermin are fantastic hosts! The apartment is very comfortable for a family of 4, and well located. Check out Boccadama for excellent dining steps away from the door. And don’t miss the cat cafe 2 doors down.

Love it! Can’t say enough about this apartment. Well furnished, decorated nicely and in a great location, location, location! Located right next to St Croce Square, surrounded by shops and restaurants-but, far enough away from the LARGE crowds near Piazza del Duomo. Bed was a bit firm for us, everything else was grande! Thank you.

Great place - had everything we needed and very spacious with 4 bathrooms (and very modern)! Daniele was incredibly responsive and helpful. Place was located near multiple grocery stores and a bakery (across the street) and bus stop. Very close to the river and some parks.

I enjoyed my stay at Dan's apartment. It was large (even more so when you factor in the adjacent terrace), beautifully furnished and well stocked. Appreciated the dishwasher and clothes washer. Having a second bathroom was an extra perk. Only slight downside was the walk into the center of town (25 min to the Ufizzi) as it rained nearly every day during my weeklong stay -- I imagine on dry/temperate days it's a pleasant walk along the river. Overall I would gladly stay again.

L’appartamento di Rita è grazioso, ben tenuto ma soprattutto comodo: a pochi minuti di distanza a piedi puoi ritrovarti in dei bei posti di Firenze. In più Rita è reattiva e precisa nel dare informazioni. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto!

I booked it for my parents, the location was good and the flat is great. the only thing to note that it is on the third floor with no lift and for an older couple, it might be challenging to get luggage up and down.

L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre historique de Florence et la terrasse de l'appartement offre un point de vue magnifique du Duomo et du Palazzo Vecchio (très sympa pour y boire un verre de vin en fin de journée). je recommande !

Giuseppina was very attentive to our needs, she accommodated us on our arrival time which was delayed due to transport. Gave us clear instructions on use of appliances, and sorting garbage. Sent us recommendations to restaurant that was incredibly good, perfect for us. Always greeted us with a lovely smile and had her apartment prepared for our visit just right. Certainly recommend it to friends and relatives who wish to stay at a comfortable, clean and quiet place in Florence. It is especially close to the historical center and the river with its beautiful bridge. I would stay here again! Nicola is also a kind man with a gentle smile, responding to messages quickly. The apartment looks like photos, was very nice. The roof terrace is beautiful with amazing views. Great neighborhood with a lot of good restaurants. Walkable to all the major sites. Marco was very responsive and helpful with all questions. His restaurant recommendation was one of our favorite. He was very helpful and made the reservation for us. We’d stay here again.
