Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Florida Panhandle

Great location, close to everything. If your looking for peace and quiet this is not the place for you! A lot of traffic, sirens and the neighbors have a rooster.

A very beautiful and nicely furnished house, equipped with absolutely everything you would need in the kitchen or the beach. Everything looks new and very well cared for. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Recommend

We really liked the neighborhood. It had a good mix of renters and locals. We loved being able to walk to the local Irish pub, a great coffee shop, and Italian restaurant (Mimmo’s). Our host Jeff was very responsive and we felt like he really cared about us having a great experience!

The house was great and looked exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and carefully stocked with basic household items. The location was perfect and conveniently located within walking distance to the beach as well as many attractions and restaurants. Our host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again.

A great home in a great location with an outstanding host who was very responsive and accommodating. We had guests whose flights were coming in early and so we were able to check in earlier, which was great. The pool and outside kitchen, actually the entire outdoor space is inviting, quiet, and secluded. We enjoyed the amenities. The home is beautiful, spacious and easily accommodates 10. They also take pets, even though we decided not to bring ours. We will always look to reserve here first for future Pensacola trips.

Jessis place was wonderful! Lots of space with a comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. The kitchenette was well stocked and had a full size table. This place has lots of great amenities also. We highly recommend this place if in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Alen's Airbnb! The space was exactly as pictured and described—perfectly sized for a relaxing getaway. It was peaceful, easy to get to, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Allen was a kind and attentive host, making sure I had all the information I needed. This listing is just as described. Hannah is very attentive and responsive. I didn't have any issues but she checked on me to ensure my check in went smoothly and I didn't need anything. The location is great...a nice brisk walk to the beautiful beach. Close enough to the great restaurants in Port St Joe. This will definitely be on my list of places to visit again.

This humble apartment has everything you need for your stay in Downtown Pensacola! I felt safe and cozy in this space not to mention the detail and structure was beautiful. If I need to come back I know where I want to stay!

Wow! We absolutely loved this place. The ocean is right out the back door. It is exactly as described. I like the ring camera at the door. Best thing was the sound machine in the bedroom. Loved having 2 beach chairs. Walking distance to everything. We parked our car and didn’t drive again until we left. The price was so worth it! If there was anything I could suggest it would be a pair of binoculars for looking for marine life in the ocean. We will definitely stay here again if/ when we come back.

Best Airbnb we stayed at with friends- will be a place to return throughout the year! Sunny corner unit, 4th floor, amazing balcony, can see the beach and waves clearly. Go to the beach in a minute or the heated pool, park comfortably in this safe and secure area. Publix across the street, many great restaurants in the area. We all loved it!

Condo was clean and spacious and exactly as described and it’s located in a great location. Right across the street from Sharkys and Senor Frogs and beach access. Will definitely be booking with Lev again in the future

Tim was very easy to communicate with and very responsive, the home was very clean ,very homey, beautifully decorated, they made us feel at home ,would definitely recommend staying at their place. We stayed here for a week , first impressions was how clean the apartment was everything spotless . Kitchen was well equipped with everything you needed for your stay they even left dishwasher and washing machine capsules . Bathroom plenty of towels and toilet paper . Sofa and chairs and bed really comfortable . As the apartment was on 17th floor great views from balcony , we loved sitting out there in the afternoon sunshine even saw dolphins in the sea . The sunsets were spectacular . Plenty of supermarkets within easy driving distance or you could walk to Walmart which was about 10 minutes away . We loved walking along the beach each day the sand was litter free and the sea was so clear . The only downside you dont get the access code to the property until the arrival day and if you are travelling this can be slightly inconvenient. A great place for a quick getaway! Everything was so clean and beautifully decorated . Even though it rained we were still able take the short walk to the beach and enjoy the pool and hot tub . Even in November the water was very comfortable . Diane was a great host!
