Holiday rentals with lake access in Fontainebleau

Claire was a warm and helpful host. The apartment for us with 3 children was very well suited and a good starting point for bouldering. We will be happy to come back!

Completely unusual by the water and quiet, two rooms at the back of the garden. Shh! you can't overcrow this good plan .

We loved the place everything was absolutely as advertised. Our stay was very pleasant and thank you to Donya who is responsive and very kind. The accommodation is very clean we have nothing to say about the cleanliness of the furniture I highly recommend staying here. We'll be happy to go back

Felt like home in a beautiful town

Perfect base for discovering the surroundings. There are very nice hikes in the climbing forests. And a day in Paris is also easy to do.

Franck is a very kind, approachable and available host. The house is pretty, pleasant, functional as well as the outside. The hot tub is an undeniable bonus. We had a quiet and peaceful 2 days. Perfect place to relax. Thanks again for hosting. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a wonderful 1,5 months stay with two kids. The place is just amazing, even better than in the photos! Jean and Carole were great hosts, we felt very welcome the whole time. Super pictoresque small village, with great services nearby. Lots of amazing forest, great for running and climbing. Highly recommended. We’ll be back!

Sylvie and Joël are very welcoming and available, we had a very pleasant weekend in their well-appointed cottage, very good bedding and well located in this beautiful region at the confluence of the Loing and the Seine and on the edge of the forest. very clean , quiet , secure accommodation,very well equipped with all the necessities and even more ,( small minimum detail) just missing a small shutter or curtain opaque for the front door and velux for those who like to sleep in the dark 😅 very well served area. Nearby RER to go to the center of Paris in 30min, very responsive host in case of problem and understanding, small shop 2min away. we had a really nice weekend in Paris .

We spent several days in Laurence's very nice, cozy and quiet apartment. Check-in was easy and hassle-free thanks to the exact description. We arrived in the evening and it was typically still quite cool for March. That's why we were particularly grateful that our hostess had already preheated the apartment. The decor and kitchen are very tasteful and nothing was lacking. The bed is very comfortable and we slept well on it. The view of the Seine through the floor-to-ceiling windows and balcony is fantastic and the surroundings offer many possibilities for beautiful excursions. We really want to come back again, then for longer. We highly recommend this place to other guests.

Kevin was a great host. We very much enjoyed our one night stay in Fontainebleau. We really wished we could have stayed longer. Our host was very prompt with responses. I will say 2 things to know in advance: 1 if it's too cold let Kevin know he can turn the heaters up, I didn't do this because I didn't know so we were pretty cold but it was manageable. And 2, if you are a light sleeper like I am bring ear buds to cancel out the sound. I always have problems sleeping with noises so I always carry my ear buds with me, and I had no problem falling asleep. It was a magnificent apartment, and if we ever returned we will definitely try to book Kevin's ppace again. Thank you!
