It includes a large room upstairs (26 m2) and downstairs an office of 8 m2 and the bathroom. All modern comforts (wifi with UHD fiber, TV, etc.), bathroom with low shower, queen size bed (1.60 m), large TV (Netflix), automatic skylights, stove, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker.

Flat 43 m2, very quiet surround (pedestrian street, lot's of vegetation). Bright (double exposure), well-appointed appartement : double living-room, one bedroom (with a new very confortable - 2 places - bed), possibility of a 2nd Bed (Air Mattress), with separated (and very small) kitchen, bathroom and toilets. Garden in the inner courtyard. Possibility to park your car easily in the street. Very close (5-10 mn walk) to all the commodities, shops. Transports. 20 mn to the hyper-center of Paris.

Cozy Studio in North Montmartre

Located on the edge of Montmartre 1km from the Sacré-Coeur, this studio has everything you need for an affordable stay! It is only 14m2, which is common in Paris, but it is very small. I don't recommend that two people stay for long, but it does sleep two. It is very livable for one person: I lived there myself for 2.5 years including the pandemic, then a student rented it for 3 years. Another disclaimer is that it doesn't get a lot of natural light, but it stays cool in summer ;)

The studio (about 45 square meters) is located at the back garden of the main house. It is 12 minutes walk from the underground station (lines A4 and E4), 13 minutes away from center Paris and 30 minutes from Euro Disneyland. Shops and restaurants are within a walking distance. With an additional sofa-bed the studio can accommodate up to four people. The kitchenette makes it possible for guests to prepare their own meals. Breakfast includes fresh bread and croissants every morning.
