For a stay or a simple stopover, come and relax in peace in our elegant and functional accommodation in the heart of the Charente-Maritime. With a central location, you will be 25 minutes from the first beaches, La Rochelle, Rochefort and the Poitevin marsh. The islands of Oleron, Ré and Aix are accessible in 45 minutes. Accommodation adjoining our home, new, comfortable and well equipped in the countryside. Garden, terrace, air conditioning and many paths for bike rides including Lac de Frace 10 min away.

The Christophois

You will stay in a fully equipped 57 m² cottage, next to the main house. Access is via the common gateway overlooking a single private parking space in front of the cottage. Independent entrance and terrace. Ideally located in La Rochelle or Rochefort and close to the islands while enjoying the calmness offered by this charming village. The cottage is in the heart of the village, opposite the shops. One bedroom, one sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. Linens/towels not provided.

The Reed Bed

Market gardener's house on the edge of the Sèvre Niortaise on a private towpath with no traffic. It is located 800 m from the Bazoin locks pier, where you can rent a boat, canoe, but also a bike and quadracycle... Great area for fishing and beautiful walks in the heart of the Poitevin marsh. In the village of Damvix, you will find a convenience store with lottery, tobacco and newspapers, a bakery, a butcher, delicatessen and caterer, hairdresser, pharmacy, garage, restaurants, piers... etc.

Welcome home for a pleasant stay with independent accommodation, located in our Charentaise'house. Just a few minutes from Châtelaillon-Plage, 25 minutes from La Rochelle by car. Ideal for a sweet stay in heart of French country & near the ocean. A cozy place for 2 or a family of 4 people with little garden. Ideal for discovering the Charente-Maritime : Ile de Ré in 33 minutes, the Marais Poitevin in 40 min. and the beaches of La Palmyre around 1 hour by car. We hope to meet you soon.

Halfway between La Rochelle, the beaches of the Atlantic and the Marais Poitevin, you can also relax on foot or by bike in our small country paths. You'll have plenty of space for your holiday with family or friends, in a bright, pastel-coloured setting with everything you need to enjoy the Poitou-Charente department or region.

Atypical duplex on the outskirts of La Rochelle

Close to the center of La Rochelle, the Rompsay neighborhood stretches along the canal. 5 min drive from the historic center, this accommodation offers a pleasant and green living environment. Ideal location for easy access to local services and shops. You will enjoy a setting conducive to relaxation by taking the alleys and bike paths on the banks of the canal. The market and port are within a 10-minute drive or 15-minute bike ride.

La Longère 1859

"La Longère 1859" has been passionately renovated by us, with every detail carefully chosen to restore its charm while respecting its origins. It was formerly the property of a wine merchant. We're located in the countryside, in a peaceful environment, and the shaded park is perfect for relaxation. The swimming pool is available for swimming, as is the spa (see conditions below). A shaded pétanque court is also at your disposal.

Seaside escape: quiet air-conditioned house

A few steps from the sea, our spacious 130 m2 house classified as a "3⭐️ furnished tourist accommodation", is located in Lauzières (oyster village at the gates of La Rochelle and near the Ile de Ré bridge). It consists of 2 air-conditioned bedrooms upstairs and a bedroom on the ground floor, a shower room, a bathroom, a living room (40 m2) and a large air-conditioned kitchen (30 m2) overlooking an intimate outdoor space.

L'Hermione du Clos de Landrais, 5* rated gîte

A real Charentais house, a charming old guest house, renovated and tastefully furnished. Rated 5*****, the Hermione Cottage will quickly become your holiday home. Ideally located in the countryside not far from La Rochelle, Rochefort and the Poitevin Marsh, the private and beautifully wooded gardens, the swimming pool and its solarium as well as its sauna and petanque game will make you have an exceptional stay.

Independent stone cottage in Villedoux

Old house of 55 m², completely restored 12 km from La Rochelle, 7 minutes from the ocean, overlooking a large garden with heated pool (mid-May/end of September). Meals can be enjoyed on the south-facing terrace. The cottage is located at the back of our garden but completely independent of our house. The cottage is rated 3 stars by the Charentes-Tourisme organization.

Relax in this quiet and comfortable accommodation. Located 30 minutes from La Rochelle, Rochefort, Marais Poitevin. Chatelaillon- Beach 25 minutes away. Paris TGV station 15 minutes away. All shops 4 km away.
