Very clean and comfortable. super convenient to the train station, groceries, and the town center. The neighborhood is quiet and on Saturdays the weekly market is right outside the front door. Most of all Vincenzo was very kind, friendly and helpful! He showed me around Cassino pointing out good places for sfogliatelle, pizza and carbonara. A positive experience - non vedo l'ora. I will come back.

There was good communication throughout with Marco, he met us at check in . This was an excellent location, a quiet neighbourhood, very near to shops, restaurants and an easy walk to the wonderful beach. We swam in March ! also, there is a great local market on Weds. This is a huge, stylish and modern flat with lots of space and 4 balconies. There is everything you could possibly want in the kitchen. We had a dinner party for 8, including Italian friends, and it was easy. We would highly rate this accommodation.

Sonia's home is even more beautiful than what was shown in the photos. Careful in every detail, large, very clean and with two truly dreamy terrace areas. Just above Cala Feole beach, reachable from there on foot. The services offered in the apartment are many and useful, as are Sonia's tips upon our arrival on how to get around and what to do. He even provided us with a scooter throughout our stay. For any small problem, he intervened in a few minutes and resolved it. Really great host of a dream home

Great stay at Maria's, the studio has a beautiful terrace, and the name " the sunset " took all its meaning when we could admire the sun that fell on the sea

We came here with children for the second year in a row! Because this apartments with their own garden, not far from the beach and the center, near a supermarket and a bakery - an ideal place for a family vacation with kids. The host is always ready to help and answer, Vincenzo and Ornella, who met and supported us on the spot, were attentive and ready to help if necessary. Few negative little things (mentioned in other reviews already) did not have a significant impact on the wonderful impression of the place and we would love to come back here again! Grazie mille!

This villa was so beautiful!!! Amazing scenery especially the backyard it is a gorgeous setting for hosting or spending plenty of time outdoors taking in the views. The home itself is very beautiful and spacious. It is a bit tricky to find if you don’t have the exact coordinates so definitely plan in advance to get those directions from the host to make it easier to find but they were very helpful and met us to help guide us to the home. The home itself was very cozy and just like the photos, we were about unimpressed with the restaurant quality in town but if you hit the local grocery store and stock up you can easily prepare a good meal at the home. Wish we stayed longer to soak in the views from this lovely home!

The villa is a minute's walk from the sea (50 meters). Clean with amenities. Air conditioning inside (at night it is not necessary the house remains cool) and shower outside are very useful. BBQ grill, deck chairs, sun loungers, veranda where you can have lunch and dinner listening to the sound of the sea. Quiet area and beach service on the right of the beach really friendly. Comfortable parking spot. Marco is available, courteous, always kind and willing to meet guests. Great I would say. Thank you

Sergio is friendly, always ready to respond and best recommend to make your stay more than pleasant. The house is perfect, clean and with everything beyond what you need. We will return to Sergio to spend days relaxing and deepen the knowledge of Molise.

Mena welcomed us, near the apartment, and led us there. Upon arrival we were amazed by the spectacle that was offered to us: a dream terrace overlooking the gulf before us... just as published on the site. Everything really extraordinary: location, cleanliness, courtesy and interesting contacts for boat trips and more. TRUST US!!!

Very small apartment but equipped with every comfort. We stayed one night in three. Care in every detail: from home products, to heating and ventilation systems. Whatever you needed in the apartment was there. We enjoyed the Pass for parking and proximity to places we were interested in. Anna Rita is very kind and available to provide us with information about restaurants and various.

The accommodation matches the photos, I would say even better than expected. The house is very close to the sea and is really beautiful: spacious greenery for our dogs (who loved the madness running through the garden), a small terrace where you can eat with greenery around and a clean and correct accommodation (we were in 4 and 3 dogs and we had a great time). Outside there is a shower, an oven/fire pit, a pump and car space (there are two cars, a Twingo and a Citroen entrance). The other villas around made the area not too secluded. Just look as described to the speed cameras along the way (but in general throughout the coast). The owners were responsive to our requests and very courteous. From the accommodation we easily moved to the surrounding areas necessarily by car. In short, if you want a place in a strategic location, that is quiet, spacious and close to the sea, suitable for children and animals (fenced all over the perimeter) choose it!

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Barbara was a very helpful and friendly host, she gave us many tips about the area and was always available to help us with any need. The house has all the comforts, including a nice terrace where you can use the grill. Highly recommended ;)

The apartment is large and beautiful, two balconies, beautiful kitchen. Cosimo and Antonia are super accommodating. If need any help they will go out of their way to help you. And if you want to get to know Naples they will help you and even give you a tour. They are beautifully souls. The apartment feel like a home, you can feel the care placed in preparing everything. 100% would recommend, you can relax and see the beautiful city of Naples.

We stayed at Pietro's, a really friendly and helpful person in everything. The house was presented as described, a somewhat retro but very welcoming style, equipped with all services and above all air conditioners, 1 for each room, which were vital in these extremely hot days. Unfortunately, it is not very close to the sea and it is necessary to move by car or moped, but I think it's still worth it

A wonderful view from which you would never disconnect frame the accommodation, cared for with the kindness that distinguishes Silvia, her mother and her sister. The apartment is simple but very equipped, and equipped with precautions that are not always found in b&b (detergents, coffee, oil, salt, etc.). Despite the surprise (my mistake in not reading well because it was absolutely written!) in understanding that the space of the terrace I believed was private was actually shared, our accommodation did not lack anything, not even privacy. Four beautiful days, and a simply perfect location to explore Ponza and have all the comforts at your fingertips.
