Air-conditioned industrial-style apartment/spa for a fee

In our "industrial loft" in the attic, "old" and "modern" complement each other to create a beautiful ambience. On around 75 square metres, you can expect an open kitchen with a large dining table, a large sofa bed, with space for 2 people, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard, there is a car parking space with bicycle storage. For an extra fee, you can book the private sauna and spa area.

Stay in a lovingly restored and insulated loft apartment of a former vineyard in the heart of Forst directly opposite the church (the church tower bells are deactivated at night). The quiet courtyard location guarantees you a relaxing vacation and the MoD (Mobility on Demand) stop located directly in front of the house takes you safely to all wine locations from Leistadt in the north to Maikammer in the south.

Our former stonemason farm, which is over 280 years old, offers plenty of surprises. On the way to your accommodation, you will cross a vineyard-covered courtyard. You will stay in our quiet guest apartment. From the bedroom you can look at the famous Wachtenburg. For wine lovers, Wachenheim is a must. The property is particularly suitable for short and active vacations. Bikes are welcome to bring along and safely stored in our yard.

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.
