The apartment is located near the city center of Wachenheim, with small restaurants and wineries, surrounded by gardens on the way to the Wachtenburg ruins, which offer a magnificent view. The accommodation is suitable for a longer stay and for couples who love peace and nature. Available on request: pick-up service from the train station. Wunderschön gelegene ca. 100m² 2021 neu sanierte, sehr gut ausgestattete und liebevoll eingerichtete Altbauwohnung im EG eines freistehenden Dreifamilienhauses im Herzen Landaus. Ruhig gelegen im Fliegerviertel trotz direkter Nähe zur Innenstadt (10min Fußweg) sowie zum Landauer Zoo (5min Fußweg) und dem Park der ehemaligen Landauer Festungsanlage (Fort/Luitpoldpark, 1min Fußweg). Die Pfälzer Weinberge sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Kostenlose Parkplätze in der Straße.

Ein gemütliches Wohn- und Esszimmer laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen. Durch die Dachfenster hat man einen freien Blick auf die Wachtenburg. Die Terrasse befindet sich im Hof in unmittelbarer Nähe des Eingangsbereichs. Die zwei ruhig gelegenen Schlafzimmer bieten einen schönen Ausblick in den parkähnlichen Garten. Die Küche ist mit Markenprodukten der Firmen Siemens, WMF und Villeroy & Boch ausgestattet. Ein Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC ist vorhanden.

Our luxury apartment "Rebenmeer" is located on the outskirts of Hainfeld, within walking distance of the Koch wine pavilion and Scherr winery. The vineyards start right behind the house. An ideal location for hiking on foot and stopping in the huts in the Palatinate Forest. The occupancy is designed for 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults. In our "industrial loft" in the attic, "old" and "modern" complement each other to create a beautiful ambience. On around 75 square metres, you can expect an open kitchen with a large dining table, a large sofa bed, with space for 2 people, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a bedroom. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning. In the courtyard, there is a car parking space with bicycle storage. For an extra fee, you can book the private sauna and spa area.

In front of our listed house from 1724, located in the heart of the old wine village of Hambach, the fountain of the church square splashes, overshadowed by the old chestnut tree. Directly behind it the vineyards offer a fantastic view over the Rhine valley. Apartment Maria ! Respectful handling

From this centrally located place, you are in no time at all important places such as the city center (Römerplatz), the largest wine barrel in the world, saltworks, swimming pool, Wurstmarktplatz and of course the beautiful Palatinate Forest. The apartment is ideally suited for two adults and two children. A travel bed is of course available for our little guests. We are a young family who are always happy to meet nice people.
