This villa has a resolutely unique style. spacious, modern and comfortable with two open plan living areas on 3 bedrooms: a master suite with shower room on the ground floor and 2 upstairs bedrooms with bathroom/wc. the glass balcony on the large mezzanine upstairs gives you 180° views of the beach just below , the harbor, and the pontoons The TV area on the 16m2 mezzanine will be the secluded relaxation area of the downstairs living room, with its 3 sofas , or a reading nook

renovated, bright and well-equipped accommodation. Located a 5-minute walk from the city center with its daily market all year round and the first beaches (north and central). In addition to the home, you can enjoy a wooded garden and a shaded outdoor area for lunch and grilling. Although located close to activities and entertainment in season, the area remains quiet, ideal for resting by the sea and the marshes. Parking spot is located in front of the house.
