A swimming pool available as well as a wooded garden of more than one hectare, in the countryside but 7 minutes from a shopping center. 1st bedroom: 30 m2 with 1 bed 160 x 200 and 1 bed 90 x 200. 2nd bedroom: 14 m2 with 2 beds 90 x 200 or 1 king size bed. New bedding + duvets + pillows (2025). New washing machine. 2 refrigerators. 20 minutes from the sea: Royan, Meschers sur Gironde. Close to Saintes, Bordeaux, Cognac, La Rochelle, Iles Oléron and Ré.

Particuliers, Mireille et Philippe louent ce studio 25 m2 totalement indépendant, avec entrée privative. Au premier étage d'une belle maison située dans un quartier calme, c'est la douceur de vivre assurée à 2 km du centre ville. La terrasse de 15m2 est un plus pour vous ressourcer en contemplant l'orée du bois en fond de jardin.Vous pourrez disposer d un garage à vélos fermant à clés et d un accès à la piscine . Pour information notre habitation est située à 3 km de l'accès de l'autoroute A10.

Backed by the vegetated Dune that separates it from the beach, our atypical house offers a quiet place. Far from traffic, it is close to the center of La Brée and its market. It's a great place to rest or enjoy the uncrowded beach, 300 m away via a small alley. It is most often quiet but can on some days become a popular spot for surfers. The salt marshes and oyster beds are also very close, accessible on foot or by bike.
