We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Schmidts Gästehaus

Our guesthouse is idyllically located at the gates of the Franconian Forest, surrounded by beautiful hiking areas such as the Steinach Valley. Both Kulmbach and Kronach can be reached in about 15 minutes by car, a bus stop is right at your doorstep. Parking is available free of charge. Leave your everyday life behind and enjoy the pleasant tranquility, the scent of wood, the soft light, and the crackling fireplace. Or relax in the private gym, the infrared sauna, or the garden whirlpool. The outdoor area is still under construction, therefore a special price applies for the time being.

Old locksmith's shop

The "Alte Schlosserei" was built in 1850 and renovated in recent years with a lot of love for detail. The connection between old and modern gives this place its special style. The large, spacious living room is particularly cozy thanks to the gas fireplace. The two sleeping areas have three rooms with a total of five beds. Two double beds and a single bed. Each of the two sleeping areas has its own en-suite bathroom.
