Due to the proximity to many attractions such as the summer toboggan run, devil's cave, climbing forests and wildlife parks, it is a nice place to stay for families, but also ideal for climbers, hikers and nature lovers. Nuremberg and Bayreuth can be reached in about 35 minutes by car, Bamberg in about 45 minutes.

In addition to its historic old town, Scheßlitz also offers you all the necessities of daily life. In a few minutes you can reach Bamberg, a UNESCO World Heritage City with a unique flair. Welcome to our family-run holiday home, Luxury Chalet Lore, in the officially recognized resort of Fuchsmühl in the Fichtel Mountains (Bavaria).
