The 80 square meter living space is divided into two bedrooms, bathroom, hallway, guest toilet and a spacious living room with kitchen and dining table. A highlight is the spacious sauna in the house. The great sunny balcony and terrace with seating and lake views invite you to relax and unwind. Sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth hiking, skiing or mountain biking.

The house on the outskirts invites you to a calm and relaxing holiday. Directly at the (100 m) house is the Ederseeradweg. The Waldecker Land offers many hiking and cycling trails. We are located between Eder, Diemel and Twistesee, they can be reached by car in 25 minutes. They invite you to sail, dive, water ski or just swim. There is also a lot to discover in the Kellerwald National Park. The towns of Willingen and Winterberg can be reached in about 35 minutes from here.

Newly built in 2020, the semi-detached house has 84 m2. House 2 has a bright living ambience with a great view of the old town of Bad Wildungens. On the ground floor there are 1 bedroom with flat screen TV, shower/bath (incl. Help with mobility units) with washing machine, open cooking/dining area with fully equipped kitchen and terrace. A designer wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with sofa bed (1.80 x 2m ) and flat screen TV. Wifi and free parking.

Half-timbered house with loft bed

A small half-timbered house sleeps 4 - 5 people. On the first floor are the entrance area and the kitchen, upstairs the bathroom, the bedrooms and the living room. The bedroom has a double bed, 180 cm. In addition, there is a loft bed level for two people, 140 cm above the living room. In the living room, there is a sofa bed for 1 person. The ladder to the loft bed cannot be removed or locked. You should consider this if you want to travel with children.

The washing machine can be used if needed. From the open conservatory, you have access to the beautiful garden that invites you to rest, enjoy and, if you like, a barbecue party. We have bikes that they can rent for free.
