Well-appointed bright cottage, located on a natural plot in "Asserbo Plantage", with 2 km through the plantation to a good swimming beach. The house is furnished with a bright living room with large skylight windows in open connection with the kitchen. Newly renovated toilet with shower. Three bedrooms. Single beds (90 cm wide) in all rooms, distributed with two, two and one. In the garden, there is a shelter. There are two wooden terraces - one covered, south-facing and one east-facing. In June, July and August, it is rented only on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

You can also cycle a shortcut through the forest, possibly to some less visited beaches, or cycle on the good mountain bike trails. Nearby, there are shops with breakfast and groceries, and among other things, the delicious restaurant Tinggården.

Good opportunity for play and ball games in the garden. The house is well insulated and cozy in winter. It is 2 km to the beach, which you can reach by cycling/walking through Tisvilde Hegn. It's a child-friendly sandy beach with lots of dunes. Large, good grocery store 1 km from the house.

Bathroom with toilet, shower/seat bathtub, washing machine. Utility room with dishwasher. Annex: 2 beds. 3 sleeping places and heat pump, so it is always dry and nice.

From the wooden terrace there is a stair leading directly to the beach.
