Charming historic townhouse from the 1800s. Fantastically located on the waterfront at Lynæs harbor in Hundested. Centrally located in the middle of the street and yet scenic with only 200 meters to the authentic port of Lynæs. The beach can be seen from the house and is just a short walk down the road. Lynæs harbor has a fantastic swimming area for year-round swimming, rental of surfing equipment and a private sauna as well as beautiful restaurants and ice cream shops The house has been carefully renovated and decorated with respect for the age and history of the house.

The dining house

This is where you will be staying. A lovely first floor with two sunny rooms and a large living room with a wood-burning stove. There is free access to the south-facing courtyard with outdoor kitchen, only 100 meters to the dunes and the beautiful Liseleje beach. The basement is for private use, where I live. Access to sauna with a view directly into the garden. There is a two-minute walk to the grocery store and bakery, basketball court or the unique playground Havtyren. Take a tour of the Troll Forest, enjoy the heath or North Zealand's best mountain bike trails.

Stylish 25 m2 log cabin. Private enclosed courtyard with tiles and lawn. The cabin is equipped with air conditioning, a nice kitchen area with appliances, as well as a bathroom and toilet. Parking space close to the cottage. the home and courtyard are screened off from the main house with private entrance. The cabin is provided with a sofa bed, “NOT one BED”, with top mattress 140 x 210. It is intended for 2 adults. There are pleated sun shades everywhere, not blackout curtains. Possibility of charging an electric car. Covered bicycle parking.

There are three bedrooms and can be made up in the alcove in the living room, and on the sofa in the living room. Slap af i denne unikke og rolige bolig på gården Granholm, som ligger i naturskønne omgivelser med dejlig stor have, og med søer, skov og mose lige udenfor. Vi bor tæt på Helsinge, men alligevel helt for os selv. Vi har får og høns. Lejligheden er bygget i gårdens tidligere vognport og lo, og indeholder et stort rum med køkken, spisehjørne, sofahjørne og sengeafdeling. Toilet og bad ved siden af soveafdelingen. Sengen kan deles til 2 enkeltsenge, og der kan laves en ekstra opredning på sofaen.
