Wattmuschel country house

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

The forge was built around 1920 and used as such. In 2009, the building was renovated and converted into a vacation home and lovingly renovated in 2017 and spring 2022 Ideal for vacationing in this natural area of “Hollesand.” From the in-house terrace with a grill, seating and sun loungers, you can overlook green horse meadows. An extensive network of bike paths awaits a bike ride, for to the "Hollesand," the large nature reserve, only 500 meters from the house.

Experience pure nature: our 21 m² tiny house is located in the middle of the chicken run at the Ewiges Meer nature reserve. With a gas stove, refrigerator, sink and 40 l of fresh water, you are well supplied. There is a double bed, a dry separation toilet, a fireplace with a grill and a shower & toilet in the stable building. Ideal for those seeking peace, nature lovers and all those who like it simple, real and relaxed. Swimming lake & hiking trails nearby.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything in Bremen from this centrally located place. The city center, Schlachte, the Town Musicians, the Roland, the town hall and Lake Werdersee are within minutes walking distance. Cozy caravan

We completely renovated and insulated our Eribette from 1968, 2023. Unfortunately, someone drove into our camper in the same year while we were on holiday. Unfortunately, the axle was bent, so we could no longer use it for travel. Since we have expanded our Eribette with a lot of love, we have not had the heart to part with it. We hope our guests enjoy it and its charm and enjoy a few nice days.
