There is a stork's nest in the immediate vicinity. The Elbe dyke and the Elbe cycle path are 200 m away, and two bicycles are available free of charge.

Our historic property consists of a 120-year-old schoolhouse and an approx. 100-year-old town hall in the midst of untouched nature on a park-like property. In the old schoolhouse, the Alte Schule vacation home extends over 2 floors with a living space of approx. 140 square meters. In the annex of the old town hall is the guest wing with a wellness area on the first floor and the 2 apartments Samtmuschel (approx. 60 sqm) and Herzmuschel (approx. 50 sqm) on the second floor.

Neben fußläufigen Möglichkeiten die Natur zu genießen, sind Sie mit dem Auto in ca. 25 min. in der Innenstadt von Hamburg. Eine Bushaltestelle ist nur 2min. fußläufig entfernt. Ein großer Supermarkt mit einem Bäcker und ein ital. Restaurant sind ca. 1km entfernt. Am Eingangsbereich auf dem Grundstück befinden sich Sicherheitskameras.
