Farm Cottage Eemnes 30 min from Amsterdam

It is a lovely detached cottage with air conditioning with all the comforts in a very rural setting in the spacious garden of our farm from 1703. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, a living room, spacious kitchen with all appliances and on the ground floor a spacious bathroom with a separate laundry room with washer and dryer. A puppy nursery is located on the property. The entire property is located in Eemnes. Only 30 minutes by car from Amsterdam and Utrecht and the bus stops almost at the door.

You will find this charming holiday home in a rural location between the cities of Leeuwarden and Harlingen. The house has all the comforts. Enjoy the tranquillity, lambs and calves in spring, birds singing and a sweeping view of the Frisian landscape, even from the bathtub. The park has a large playground with a bouncy castle, a meadow with some woodland and a small lake, which is also a habitat for deer. This area is known for its many tea gardens and the Wadden Sea World Heritage Site.

The chalet is placed in a unique location close to the beach and a view over the bulb fields + dunes. The accommodation is located next to our beautiful riding school; we try to take our guests into account as much as possible with regard to (noise) nuisance, but we do work to take care of our horses. Relax and unwind in our cozy and comfortable Dijkhuisje where you can swim in the morning, right from your own jetty. With the two single canoes and a Canadian canoe that are supplied with the rental, water fun and discovering nature reserve de Onlanden is also guaranteed. A ladies and men's bike are at your disposal. The city of Groningen is 10 minutes away by car. You are in the middle of a nature reserve with beautiful hiking and cycling areas. The grounds are fenced for the dog.

It is beautifully located between the bulb fields in spring. Our accommodation is experienced by the children as very nice, close to mom and dad and yet their own place, parents have more privacy, there is an outdoor garden with a veranda where you can sit.... photos to follow, it's just finished, ....cycling in the area is recommended, ( free bikes )
