In the basement, but with daylight windows. 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 kitchen-living room, 1 bathroom in the hallway. Very quiet. Parking directly on the street (dead end) in front of the house. Wi-Fi, TV. Southeast terrace in front of the house. Only 20 minutes to Lake Constance by car. Also ideal as a base for skiing, hiking, e.g. Zürs/Arberg 1:15h (110km) / Golm 1:00h (93km) / Oberstaufen 0:30h / St. Gallen 1:00h.

Gutenstein - home with a view

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our 2020 renovation. Apartment vis-a-vis from Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where chamois, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoeists. There are wonderful hiking trails right from the house, which also invite you to go on winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Beautiful quiet apartment in the basement

Enjoy the tranquility on the outskirts of Fronhofen with views of the countryside. Fronhofen is 15 minutes from Ravensburg and a very good starting point for numerous leisure activities. Lake Constance can be reached in just 25 minutes. The Allgäu with its hiking opportunities can be reached in about 35 minutes. In winter, numerous ski resorts can be reached in less than two hours. There are numerous swimming lakes & hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity (Pfrungener Ried/Blitzenreuter lake district).

Relaxing In Pure Nature

Our peacefully located holiday apartment, about 85 m², is situated in a nature reserve near Ravensburg, offering pure nature - however a car is necessary. The apartment is part of a separate section of our farmhouse and has its own entrance, an idyllic garden area to relax, a barbecue and fire pit, romantic seating areas, sun loungers, parasols and access to a natural stream. Ample parking is available. Picturesque hiking trails start right at the doorstep, inviting you to explore.

Our non-smoking apartment is located in the small hamlet "Absenreute" of the municipality of Horgenzell in the district of Ravensburg. The 1-room apartment is about 40 square meters, has a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet. The apartment is partly newly ecologically renovated and furnished in such a way that 1-2 people can comfortably stay and provide for themselves. There are shopping opportunities for everyday needs in Horgenzell (4 km) or Weingarten/Ravensburg (14km)

Our accommodation is a large, well-equipped attic apartment. In addition to a cozy bedroom, there is a living and dining room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a reading corner, a modern bathroom and a kitchen. From the bedroom you have a great view of Altshausen Castle. The location is central (various shops, bakeries and restaurants within a 5-minute walk) yet quiet area. The garden can also be used. A beautiful swimming lake is within 10 minutes' walking distance.

Vacation and recreation in Upper Swabia

The cozily furnished apartment with a small kitchenette and balcony in a new building in the center of the small town of Renhardsweiler - near the spa town of Bad Saulgau is excellently suited for 2 people to stay overnight. In Bad Saulgau (7 km) and Bad Buchau (9 km) there are excellent thermal baths with the best wellness offer. There is gastronomy here on site or various possibilities in the surrounding cities (Bad Saulgau, Bad Schussenried, Aulendorf).

Beautiful cosy small holiday apartment 35 sqm in a really quiet location at the western gate to the Allgäu. Suitable for two persons, if desired also with extra bed, you can spend nice days here in a cosy apartment. There is also a garden with garden furniture, parasol etc. available. In the middle of a beautiful hiking area or rather by bike? A lake in 5 minutes, Lake Constance is only 20 minutes or the Alps about 40 minutes - all within easy reach!

Bright apartment in a quiet location

Mehlishofen is a former agricultural estate in a secluded location surrounded by green meadows and forests. Our energy supply is climate neutral (photovoltaics and wood chips heating) and we have our own well. From the grounds you can enjoy the view towards Swiss, Austrian and Allgäu Alps. The inner cities of Weingarten and Ravensburg can be reached in about 10 minutes, Lake Constance in about 30 minutes and the Allgäu in about 40 minutes by car.
