This Noirmoutrine farmhouse, which was recently renovated in 2020, is very bright and functional, ideal for a stay with family or friends. House in the heart of the village of L'Épine, less than a 5-minute walk from shops and services (bakery, restaurants, butcher, deli, caterer, supermarket, tobacco, press, bars, pharmacy, library). Ocean Beach (700 m away).

Our stone and exposed beam farmhouse-style house is ideal for families or groups of friends. Its recycled spirit brings an additional character, a bohemian singularity, some beds in pallets.
