Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor with elevator , in a renovated building that directly overlooks the waterfront, with a magnificent view from the living room and balcony. In front of the building: no car, a coastal path for beautiful walks , or bikes. Shops are on foot. A closed garage is available. The amenities are of quality and plenty. The toilet is separate. An atypical side: The shower and vanity are in the bedroom.

The apartment is located in the picturesque area of Chantenay/Sainte Anne, known for its historic character, quality shops and village vibe. Nestled at the end of a small courtyard, it evokes the charm of Italian courtyards and southern coastal towns. Carefully decorated in tones of sapphire blue and old pink, it offers a pleasant and soothing setting. Parking is free in the neighborhood and tram line 1 is a 15 minute walk.

Bed and breakfast, independent of the main house, with a small courtyard (pedestal table, chair, deckchair), just 300 m from the beach and the Bois des Eloux, comprising a room with a 160 bed, TV, a kitchenette with 2-ring stove, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, shower room, toilet. Two bikes available. Small pets accepted possibility, a child on an extra mattress €10 extra on arrival.
