A king size bed (inc tv) awaits you and a twin sized sofa bed for one adult or two kids. The kitchen has a full sized brand new oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and fridge and is stocked with utensils etc so you can easily make full meals or stay for an extended time. There's one free off-street parking spot available and plentiful free street parking.

Our small, clean, cozy, guest suite (about 220 sq ft) is located in our fenced backyard. It is detached from our house with a private entrance, in a quiet and safe residential neighborhood. It isn't fancy, but it's a good space for spending a few days while visiting Jax. We offer keyless check-in and free parking is in our driveway. A queen Sealy Posturepedic bed provides ultimate comfort. The suite has a mini-fridge and microwave for simple meals (no full kitchen).

Luxury Cottage with River Access

Enjoy the peaceful ambiance of this brand new luxury cottage on Julington Creek in Saint Johns County. Centrally located -- we're just a 30 minute drive to the beach, downtown Jacksonville, and St. Augustine. Amenities include a king-sized bed, two TV's, and a fully-equipped kitchen. The cottage is located at the front of our 1-acre property. Our own home is situated just across the lawn from the cottage. Guests will walk through the backyard to access the river.
