Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Frutigen District

Our family of four had a pleasant stay at Yukiyo's residence. The location was advantageous and well-suited for commuting to various destinations. While we encountered a minor inconvenience with a malfunctioning washing machine, Yukiyo made commendable efforts to address the issue. The house was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. However, we encountered a challenge with the provision of garbage bags, as Switzerland utilizes taxed garbage bags and the house only provided one large bag for our five-night stay. This posed a slight inconvenience, as additional bags needed to be purchased in bulk from supermarkets. Overall, our experience was satisfactory.

We loved Villa Celeste. It was exactly as pictured and the location was easy to access Old Town by bus. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood and we were glad it was away from hectic tourist areas, but close enough that it wasn’t a hassle to get there.

Cristina was very welcoming, available and friendly. I recommend it without a problem! The accommodation is clean and spacious, with all the necessary equipment, in a very cute area of the city.

Spending time at Sabrina's is so comforting. It's the second time for us, and it felt lukewarm we never left we found everything we needed, and more. The view from the rooms each morning were cleaning off the fuzzy brains we came with from work. Very well positioned, the location allows reaching all important travel marks, within short drives or walls. Interlaken being 10 mins away, and supermarkets being open for longer hours than usually are in Seitzerland, allows proper refill of the fridge, in case cooking is desired for the family. Kitchen worth mentioning is equipped with performant appliances, and kitchenware completes fully the need one may have; both for small families as well as 6 persons as the max capacity is. Very friendly and helpful hosts, and a pretty, family-friendly place with a gorgeous view. Very easy to access by public transport (or car) and with stores and a bakery a short walk away.

Francoise’s place was perfect for us, two friends travelling. Plenty space which meant we both had our own bed- and bathroom and more than enough space in the kitchen and living room. Very clean and had all amenities we could ask for. Lovely big garden space to make use of, too. I have no hesitation recommending Francoise’s house. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Christine's apartment was fabulous, modern, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, cosy and had comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend it. Just be aware though if you are booking this 6 bed apartment for only 3 or 4 people as we had an issue. We were a party of 2 mothers (in 60's) & 2 sons (in 20's). We were pleased to find this apartment as it had 3 rooms so the mothers could have a room each and sons share twin room. However when we arrived the twin room was locked and unavailable & 2 rooms did not match the listing showing 3. We were very disappointed. Christine did respond quickly and rectified the situation but pointed out she she had provided 4 beds. One mother is an Airbnb host and didn't feel she was very apologetic for the disappointment we had felt. She would have been far more apologetic. However she did not charge us for use of laundry to compensate. we can still thoroughly recommend this lovely apartment.

The apartment was just perfect for us. we had our peace and quiet, everyone had their own area to retreat a little. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Everything you needed was there. We'd love to come back. best regards from Savognin Claudine Angel Karin

Perfect for our family stay. The studio isn't big, but we weren't there to stay locked up. It had everything we needed and even a crib for our daughter. Simone is very responsive by message and was able to advise us. Thanks again!

Great stay in Switzerland with Alina who is very responsive and kind! The photos are a good fit for the listing and the details from the host were so helpful. In addition, Alina had left a little Easter treat for our grandson! I would highly recommend it!

Joanne is a great host. She was able to troubleshoot us at the last moment following a bad experience in another listing. She gave us tips for restaurants and other things to do nearby. The accommodation is very clean, well decorated, very cocooning, it feels good. The bed is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is complete, there is a dishwasher and washing machine if needed in the bathroom. From the terrace you have views of the mountain. You can spend your nights in Joanne's place without a second thought!

A wonderful apartment with blinds!! With everything you need to make life. A terrace to enjoy a morning cafe where you will see go down and climb squirrels. The rooms are perfect. And the shower is a luxury, totally renovated. The location in wonderful zermatt without noise and a 2-minute walk from the meollo. Totally recommended and we would definitely come back. Had a great stay, was easy to find and check in. For us the location was perfect, with an amazing view. For us as hikers we loved the area.

Great location, kitchen, space

Kristina was extremely helpful in helping me to find transfer options from Milan. She was proactive in making recommendations for restaurants in the town and checked in to ensure that we were all having a great holiday.

The stay at Patrizia's apartment was excellent. Especially the communication, the tidy impeccable apartment as well as the two large and cozy balconies were great. The somewhat outdated coffee machine may no longer meet today's needs. However, I was amazed at how well the coffee ended and this without capsules. happy to be back in Patrizia's apartment.

Best airbnb host ever, and I have had a lot. Davide exceeded expectations on every level, kind and generous is an understatement, also very well organised. The house has beautiful mountain views and is super spacious, homely and comfortable. Very easy to feel at home. While a car or bike is an advantage, without one I was able to get to Omegna in 20 minutes on foot and it’s 10 minutes to the supermarket. Omegna is a beautiful little town to have as a base to explore the lake. Davide provided well thought out items from fresh fruit, muesli and yoghurt to coffee, pasta and bottled water, gas & natural! In these days of airbnb you are lucky to even get salt or soap. Nothing was too much trouble and Davide gave me multiple lifts in the car when I had transport issues. The example of a perfect host and also a great guy to chat to. I could not recommend more highly

House close to the historic center (free parking a few minutes away by foot). We really appreciated the brightness and great organization. Nice to find everything you need when you want to experience the house, from bath products to essentials in the kitchen (oil, salt, etc.). The precise and convenient recycling of waste is also called for. Perfect for visiting the area or skiing in the surrounding areas. Ezio and Katia were extremely kind in agreeing on an early check-in time.
