Monthly Rentals in Fulton

I stayed at this apartment for 7 weeks and had a great time. The apartment is clean and has an excellent location (walking distance to the city center and the university campus). The kitchen has a lot of high quality equipment, which makes it pleasant to cook here. The only downside is that the sound insulation in the apartment is not great. This is not really an issue as it is a quiet neighborhood, but on two nights a week (Wednesdays and Sundays) a garbage truck collects the trash from right below the window at 3:30 am. Apart from that, my stay was exceptional.

Teresa and her husband were excellent landlords who offered us a lot of support during our stay. The surrounding area was quiet, and checking in was very convenient. If given the opportunity, I would gladly stay there again.

My wife and I loved this stay, it was clean and cozy with a beautiful peaceful view. The back patio was exactly what we wanted to enjoy the river scene. The living room was the best place to relax after a busy day in Madison. We said as we left that we can’t wait to stay again next time we visit Wisconsin.

The house has old world farm-house charm and good vibes. The layout provides a number of rooms to hang out in so that folks can have privacy. The back yard is like an Andrew Wheth painting, with a few weathered back buildings and a cornfield. While it is sandwiched between a few houses, some businesses, and on a busy road, it always felt private. Bring a small fan to provide white noise to override some of the traffic noise, which was mostly in the morning.
