Located in a quiet residential area on the ground floor of a detached house, it is perfect for relaxing, yet still centrally located: Schmieder Clinics, shopping facilities and the River Rhine are just around the corner. There is a comfortable double bed (1.40 m), a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, a TV, and a parking space right in front of the property. Perfect for couples or small families, or simply for enjoying some downtime in this beautiful area.

Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Die Küche selbst ist neu und verfügt über einen Geschirrspüler, Backofen und eine Mikrowelle. Das großzügige Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne und eine separate Dusche. Im funktional eingerichteten Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett für zwei Personen. Die Terrasse ist von der Straße fast nicht einsehbar.

The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.
