From the moment we arrived, the warm and friendly Mrs and Mr. Prasad (hosts) made us feel right at home, greeting with genuine smiles and an eagerness to share their stories. Their hospitality goes beyond mere courtesy; it's a heartfelt extension of their love for the place and the guests they welcome. The local culture add a rich layer of experience to your stay. Each story is a window into the vibrant life of the mountains, making your visit much more than just a getaway. The personal touch of these anecdotes brings a sense of belonging and deepens your appreciation of the surroundings. The food served here is a delightful highlight. Fresh, locally sourced ingredients are crafted into delicious meals that reflect the region’s culinary traditions.

we enjoyed our stay. all the appliances were as described and were of a great help to us. although the approach road to the property from the main highway is a task with sharp inclines, but uska maza bhi kuch aur hai. I enjoyed climbing those inclines twice a day, specially in my morning walks. Every place has its plus and minuses and it depends upon an individual how to find a way to enjoy and have a great time. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

Had a wonderful stay at Ramashish’s place - the local staff cooked us heavenly food and made us feel welcome to the chalet. We enjoyed each evening watching the sunset against the beautiful mountains. The village nearby was quiet and walkable, we felt safe in the area and the gardens at the house were well taken care of and beautifully landscaped. Would definitely visit again in the future!

A great place. Just what we wanted. The cottage - is not very old. Yet it is built in local fashion with local materials but with all modern 'living amenities' as listed. In keeping with the mountain terrain it is built at 'levels. 'Full of knick knacks, a fire place & so on.... All this gives it a very cosy , yet rustic feel, very authentic & lovable. The cottage does not have a 'living room', but that is compensated by the large verandah overlooking the property. Grand views all day. the owners were present in their other house on the property. Very friendly yet not intrusive. One does not expect such help full caretakers in a airbnb. The caretaker cum househelp cum handyman Mr. Bobby Singh who is on hand 24/7 is a gem. he cleans, cooks, advises(if asked). Plus there is Mr. Anand Singh who takes care of the 'grounds' of the property, who helps in procuring groceries & stuff. Two people to help !!! Almost like a serviced resort .
