My place, close to transport links, is a perfect base for country or city. The flat, originally a 1920’s bungalow, is in the downstairs part of the house separated by a locked door and we live in the upstairs part of the house. We’re in the heart of the historic Scottish Borders with beautiful Edinburgh only 50 minutes away by train. Why not relax with a glass of wine in the private garden, jacuzzi bath or snooker room or curl up on the window seat with a good book.

9 Yarrowford is a charming apartment situated in the secluded village of Yarrowford in the Yarrow Valley, six miles west of Selkirk. The property has just been fully refurbished with 2 double bedrooms, luxurious bathroom and kitchen also featuring a large sitting room with cosy log burner and central heating. The Dairy is the former farm Dairy which we converted to a completely self-contained apartment adjoining the main farmhouse where we live with our children. The living/kitchen area is heated by a log burner. Upstairs there is a double bedroom and private bathroom . Enjoy the charm of a rural location, with bike trails, fishing and walking on the doorstep. Relax in the garden and enjoy a nice walk down to the river Tweed through our field of highland cows .

Perhaps the most ideal holiday cottage in the whole of the Scottish Borders. Situated in a perfect location with one foot close to the hustle and bustle of the heritage town of Hawick and the other with unbridled access to the beautiful Wilton Lodge Park. Entrance Lodge overlooks the Teviot river, with steps right outside the front door to the water's edge where little ones can go feed the ducks.

This 2 bedroom apartment built around 1900 has a warm cosy feel to it really nice to relax in all on the ground floor ideal for kids with a secure patio to the rear which gets the sun all day long (if we get any) great for barbques or just a quiet drink .
