St. Cuthbert’s Way, Melrose Abbey & the Eildon Hills are a short walk away. The open plan lounge/kitchen is well-equipped while the ensuite open plan bedroom is cosy with a bright bathroom with bath/shower. There is also a small private direct access courtyard garden at the rear.

Outside there is a private area that is ideal for sunbathing or having lunch or a glass of wine.
