È formato da un ampio soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto matrimoniale molto comodo, una camera da letto luminosa, ed un bagno con doccia. Si trova al secondo piano di un immobile del 1800, in zona residenziale molto ben frequentata. All' intero appartamento Sono sempre disponibile per organizzare al meglio la vostra vacanza, suggerimenti su itinerari sul lago o sui monti, prenotazione di barche a noleggio, e ogni informazione che vi permetta di godere al meglio delle bellezze di Como, in casa sulla lavagna magnetica ci saranno sempre aggiornati tutti gli eventi piu belli della città e del lago. L'appartamento è in una zona residenziale tranquilla, vicina alla città murata e poco lontana dal lago. Il quartiere è ben frequentato e molto ben servito quanto a negozi e parcheggi. La Terrazza Sul Lago

Casa su tre livelli con terrazzo, balcone, giardino. Ottima posizione vista lago, immerso nella natura tra i boschi di castagni. Per chi ama l'escursionismo, sono a disposizione diversi sentieri segnati per raggiungere località di interesse come il Lago Delio, Campagnano. A 3 km di distanza si trova Maccagno, sulle rive del Lago Maggiore, dove si può praticare canoa, wind surf e vela. Da Maccagno, in battello, si possono raggiungere le più importanti località del lago sia italiane sia svizzere.
