The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a residential and commercial building. There are 3 rooms with bathrooms available. Each room has a sleeping arrangement for one or two people. There is no kitchen, but there is a beautiful roof terrace. If necessary, you can charge your electric car at the wallbox.

The 36 sqm apartment has a living/sleeping room. It is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers for additional storage. It also includes a dining table with 2 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove and oven, coffee pod machine and a kettle. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also provided. There is a shower and towels in our bathroom. There is also a cozy balcony with great views of the countryside.
