Our studio is a cottage with private entrance. It is located between the pretty Bordeaux train station and the iconic Capucins market. Our street is peaceful and flowery, like a hamlet in the city center in a typical Bordeaux style. Composed of a small living room, a sleeping area separated by Japanese curtains, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom/WC, it is very bright thanks to its large windows and retains its coolness in summer with its Bordeaux stone walls.

Our studio has been completely renovated in a single-level house, quiet with reversible air conditioning. It is located in the Sacré Coeur district of Bordeaux, a few minutes' walk from Saint-Jean train station. Direct access to the city center in 10 minutes via the Tram C or D. It is equipped with high speed fiber. The apartment can accommodate up to 2 guests and 1 baby (folding crib), and check-in is self check-in from 5pm. Check-out no later than 10 a.m.
