Our cottage, located in Percy-en-Normandie, offers in a wooded and enclosed park, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 2 bunk beds as well as a Queen size mattress on the mezzanine. The mezzanine is open to living room. The accommodation is suitable for 4/5 people (35 m2) We live in a house facing the accommodation. The grounds are completely enclosed. The indoor pool (10m x 5 dome) is accessible and heated from mid April to the end of September only. The pool is covered with an XXL shelter wifi + Netflix

Nearby activities (hiking, biking, fishing, horseback riding...) and beaches, sailing club 21 km away Cottage located between Mont St Michel (45 min) and the landing beaches (1 hour). Character residence entirely at your disposal as well as the 3000 m2 garden, with 6 bedrooms, outdoor spa 6p usable in all seasons as heated to 36°, with very nice view of the countryside not overlooked, cathedral lounge, large screen cinema, billiards room and foosball, in a very quiet environment and 15 km from the sea. Ideal for family vacations in summer and winter. 3000 m2 garden, bicycles, unheated above-ground pool, ping pong table and many games available.
